Title: A bit Italian! Summary: Good itinerary and a reasonably priced package since drinks were included. Totally overcrowded. Could hardly move in the buffet dining area, making passengers rather grumpy, but the food was perfectly adequate once you could find somewhere to sit and eat it. Deck area uninhabitable due to extremely loud “musical” noise and unintelligible shouting, predominantly in Italian, over the public address system. From nowhere on the ship can you get a forward view, unless a Yacht...

Title: MSC, NOT PERFECT BUT PRETTY GOOD Summary: This was our 3rd year in a row with MSC, all 7 day Med cruises. The only real criticism (for all 3) is the organisation of getting us back on board or getting on to shuttle busses etc. There is ZERO crowd control so even if it looks like there may be a queue, there is the rush from the back of people assuming they should be at the front or on the ship /...

Title: MSC Divina a perfect holiday for the family Summary: MSC Cruise on the Divina August 2015 Location: Mediterranean Length of cruise: 8 days Initial thoughts about MSC cruises I know that you may have heard from quite a few people that MSC are not the best cruise line and I must say I am guilty of being one of those people. I have been on the MSC Poesia years ago and my memories of that cruise were not that great, it was noisy, very...

Title: MSC Preziosa – Waste of Money Summary: My husband and I have cruised a total of 22 times between us and usually we choose P & O. We did not expect MSC to be the same standard as P & O but we certainly did not expect the poor standard we received aboard the ship. Likes: Excellent ship with lots of facilities (unfortunately you pay for most of them). Cabins are a very good size and extremely comfortable. Check- in process was...

Title: Passengers on board a recent winter cruise Summary: I have just returned from an early Med. cruise on the MSC ‘Divina’. The enormous ship cannot be faulted but my impression is that MSC low prices are attracting very unsuitable cruise guests. It was more like a floating Butlins Holiday Camp than a cruise! It was a constant scrum with pushing and shoving all the time. In and out of elevators, and especially when going ashore, and trying to get into shuttle buses etc.,...
