We were extremely pleased with the cruise, the 1st time we’d been on a cruise. It was to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Peter is disabled so needed help getting on & off the ship etc. We would highly recommend the Princess cruise line.

Small but perfectly formed!
By Alan & Mavis Haigh on 26 July 2018
Princess Cruises | Pacific Princess Reviews

We chose this 680 passenger ship so we could moor centrally in the Baltic plus Scandinavian cities and sail through the Kiel Canal. We did! The crew was very attentive and friendly, excursions well arranged. Professional shows made us breathless just watching and two local folk singers, dancer groups were excellent! Restaurant service very good and speciality Italian restaurant very nice. A great cruise from parking at the port of Dover until porter took our...

Fantastic trip on Princess Cruises
By Viv on 05 October 2017
Princess Cruises | Pacific Princess Reviews

A great itinerary on a wonderful small ship. The staff on the Pacific Princess were, without exception, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food, especially in the buffet, was very varied and we were spoilt for choice. One of the benefits of a smaller ship is docking close to town and not needing to use the tender. A fantastic holiday visiting many cities and traversing the Kiel canal.

Midnight Sun Cruise With Princess Cruises
By Rodney Johnson on 24 July 2017
Princess Cruises | Pacific Princess Reviews

Chose the itinerary because of going to North Cape but the cruise offered so much more, like the midnight sun which was amazing, the 80 mile sailings down a fjord and the remoteness of Spitsbergen. At first the smallness of Pacific Princess took some getting used to but after a few days you came to appreciate the intimacy and friendliness of a lovely ship. The intimacy of Pacific Princess was further enhanced by the service...

First time on a Princess Cruises
By Anne stewardson on 24 July 2017
Princess Cruises | Pacific Princess Reviews

All previous cruises were with P&O Cruises which made me elite and gave us our own special dinning area and place for cocktails. Princess Cruises know how to spoil and make you feel special. The only two negatives were the no tea making facilities, and the pack of goodies in the bathroom 🚽 is poor compared to P&O Cruises, oh and no bitter on board though it is on the menu. The food was fantastic...

Our recent cruise
By Antony Gowers on 11 October 2016
Princess Cruises | Pacific Princess Reviews

Despite being very good in personnel based service, the enjoyment of our cruise was somewhat marred by an obvious desire by the company to make the most of onboard sales. Excursions were too expensive for us to use, wine quality was poor compared to other cruise lines and the cost far higher than expected- even water was $5 per bottle. Taking bottles on board was strictly forbidden. We have travelled on cruise ships extensively but...

Noisy cabins
By Teresa Fraser on 23 September 2014
Princess Cruises | Pacific Princess Reviews

Pacific Princess is a lovely little ship, but has made us realise that some of the facilities that mid size + ships have as standard, do matter to us. The Spa area is tiny, and only has an outside pool. There is no indoor pool area, and when you are on a cruise in a cooler climate, there is nowhere to relax other than the indoor public areas. We had a cabin overlooking the stern...

Wedding Cruise
By Laurie Caple on 29 May 2014
Princess Cruises | Pacific Princess Reviews

Our Alaskan Cruise aboard the Pacific Princess was primarily intended for our wedding at sea. The pre-wedding arrangements by Princess didn’t prepare us for the fantastic support given by the Captain and his staff on the day of the wedding. Collectively they made it a very memorable and enjoyable occasion and worked very hard to ensure it all went smoothly. With regard to the cruise in general, as always, as has been our experience, the...

In February I cruised on the Pacific Princess from Sydney to Hong Kong. I had the most wonderful experience on board as I decided to try activities which I thought were beyond my capabilities. It was a wonderful fulfilling experience as I joined the choir which twice performed in public. Zumba was fun, tai-chi calming, line dancing exhilarating. I took part in the trivia quiz which was enlightening, made cards for my grandchildren and enjoyed...

Just returned from this cruise on Pacific Princess. 31st August to 13th September 2013 – What a lovely ship – reminding me of a gentleman’s country club. The staff on board were great, always smiling and pleasant. Always seats available everywhere you went. The elegant Club Restaurant and Bar for evening dining. The Panorama Buffet for breakfast and lunch and al fresco dining if you wished. The food was excellent. The Library was magnificent with...
