Title: Voyage No.Q825 Summary: Having sailed with Queen Elizabeth three times, and QV, and QM2 and many with P&O, we are now put off greatly with cruising, our 17 days on your ship was the worst cruise we have ever done. Food was absolutely dreadful counted only three meals enjoyable. Buffet food was the same food each day, entertainment dreadful, many people complaining, we would never go on this ship again. One thing you should correct is your front cover...

Title: My cruise to Venice and Croatia Summary: Queen Elizabeth is due for a refit shortly and externally that is beginning to show. Entertainment variety needs some work, same acts and shows keep appearing Stateroom excellent apart from the unpleasant smell in the afternoon when in port, butler knew about it. Otherwise excellent, impeccable service especially in the restaurant and excellent food,

Title: Baltic Cruise July August 2018 Summary: Queen Elizabeth was excellent in every respect. Due for refurb in November, to be fair only slight issues with main thoroughfare carpets, tables worn and the sofa in our stateroom needed reupholstering. Sailing again in Jan, looking forward to seeing what has been done. All staff superb, particularly waiting staff in Britannia restaurant (Ryan and Moises). Lido buffet always amazing. Loved the heated outdoor pools. Spa and gym good standard. Entertainment was most enjoyable, several...

Title: Disappointing Summary: We found the food in the dining room not as good as on previous cruises quantity, variety, quality not up to standard. Food in the Lido better. Drinks and excursions extremely expensive, entertainment certainly not great. Although I do not like comparisons as my daughter and myself thought in all areas P & O come tops in all area.

Title: Disappointing Summary: Having cruised several times on all three Queens we were disappointed at the downward slide of some aspects of this ship. It looked tired externally, looking in need of a good paint. Stateroom cleanliness and service excellent but balcony dirty. Britannia dining average with slow service, never less than two hours per evening meal. The organisation of some shore trips poor and slow, particularly bus transfers. Exorbitant prices for restaurant wine (36 dollars for a...

Title: Ruby Wedding Trip. 10-24 May 2018 Baltic Trip Summary: Wonderful experience overall. Very luxurious. A few things let them down though. Sales staff in perfume/jewellery shop very disinterested and surly with no knowledge of stock. Lido food was poor: kept warm for a long time presentation and some dishes were empty with no one around topping them up. Dance troupe very amateurish.

Title: Queen Elizabeth – Cape Town to Southampton Summary: Queen Elizabeth was as good as in the past we had a nice Cabin but Overhang on our Balcony on Deck 8 obstructed the sun at times, also we booked in Club Dining Room, as it was open dining,& at a table for two hoping that the adjoining tables would be occupied, but the one set came in very early & the other did not come infrequently so we were often isolated in the dining...

Title: Super Comfy Ship Summary: We’ve just completed a 29 day cruise on the QE from Southampton through the Panama Canal and on to San Francisco. The ship is truly beautiful and comfortable. There is ample room in the well appointed theater so that we never struggled to get a seat, even if we showed up 2 minutes before curtain time. The many public rooms are the ultimate in comfort with more than enough plush, easy chairs and lots of...

Title: New York to San Francisco Summary: A beautiful boat inside and out. Fantastic service and very good food. Missed some activities/ lectures because of clashing times which usually happened in the mornings. Very good lectures and excellent shows. Very disappointed with the trip we booked in Fort Lauderdale. Many people complained and we did get a fifty percent refund but we would rather have had a great trip. We were happy with our other trips. The Panama Canal was so interesting...

Title: Christmas/New Year Cruise with Cunard Summary: If this cruise with Cunard had been our first we would never have cruised again. Food in Britannia Restaurant was, at best, lukewarm and often cold. The alternative dining options on Queen Elizabeth were very poor and expensive compared to other cruise lines. Price for drinks was extortionate, which probably explained why the bars were empty by 9.30pm. Entertainment was drab in the theatre and almost non existent everywhere else on the ship. As the...

Title: Christmas Cruise Summary: First time I have embarked on a Christmas cruise and must admit that it was quite enjoyable. The ship had been decorated for the occasion and really looked the part. As usual the food was excellent and the only “moan” was the price of the drinks ….. but I suppose that I expected that. Cunard and others should make the effort to reduce these drinks prices.

Title: Christmas and New Year Summary: We were disappointed with activities, speakers and entertainment. Fortunately the weather was good on port days and the Canaries were good and, of course, Madeira was wonderful. We did not think the food in Britannia restaurant was anything special so for the first time on our many cruises we ended up eating in the Lido restaurant where the food was very good. This was for the evening meal. Most lunches we had room service and...

Title: Christmas and New Year 2017-2018 Summary: Excellent ship in every way. No low life, lovely passengers, and food, service, cabin and entertainment second to none. It’s a job to find those conditions on today’s cruise ships unless you go for the most expensive options. We are now even thinking of giving up Viking for Cunard. One downside. Along with about 50% of the passenger complement of 1,960 we contracted the flu at the start of the second week despite having had...

Title: Christmas Cruise Summary: I did not enjoy this cruise. I think I have done it too many times. This cruise goes to the same places every year. I only got off the ship twice. I caught a bug through the air conditioning and am now on Steriods to try and get rid of. Unfortunately, I booked while on board for next year on Queen Victoria, I am hoping to get my deposit back.

Title: Cruiser Summary: If Cunard had a drinks and gratuities package like Celebrity do, I wouldn’t go with any other cruise ship. The drinks, alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee, however, were a ridiculous price and with a 15% gratuity on top, it made the trip very expensive. Having said all that, the ship, service, cleanliness, in fact, everything else was lovely

Title: They do it right Summary: The thing that is always impressive about a Cunard cruise is that ‘they do it right.’ No frills, no gimmicks, but a thoroughly professional approach to ensuring they meet customer needs. This cruise to the Iberian Peninsula was no exception. We relaxed most of the time taking in the superb classical guitarist, the excellent production shows and enjoying the food in the Britannia restaurant. A sophisticated more traditional approach to cruising than on most other...

Title: Very disappointing trip with Cunard Summary: Two important factors spoiled our first sea cruise. The service was really poor, the staff were generally disinterested and surly, and Cunard were only interested in getting as much money out of us as they possibly could. We will never use Cunard again.
