Rhapsody in need of some TLC, destinations with spectacular sail ins and sail aways fabulous. Weather superb. The ship’s crew are the best. No praise can be too high. The downer on our cruise was My time dining which was marred by long queues of people waiting for a table simply because the reservation of times for tables is allowed and this resulted in unoccupied tables for far too long and a lot of frustration....

Disappointing entertainment but staff onboard were first class
By Lisa Cripps on 30 July 2018
Royal Caribbean International | Rhapsody of the Seas Reviews

Staff amazing, ship good, food excellent. Entertainment really quite disappointing and was surprised when I tried to book a spin class that was an additional charge for doing so (I think this should be included). Destinations were amazing, thoroughly enjoyed apart from poor entertainment.

Small but perfectly formed

One of RCCL’s smaller ships. A little dated but a pleasure to have been on board. After a major hiccup on boarding- dense fog in Venice – and a revamped itinerary we had a wonderful week. Good food good weather together with excellent staff in every department.

A very enjoyable cruise, good weather and smooth seas on the whole. Our balcony junior suite was very spacious and well laid out. By Joanne Halling on 12 August 2016
Royal Caribbean International | Rhapsody of the Seas Reviews

Good points – very clean, great service from most staff, international passengers, good variety and quality food in Windjammer buffet, great itinerary with some fantastic ports. Some headline acts very good. Bad points – poor boarding procedure, evening meals in dining room not great quality or service, all the activities were low-brow – no variety, expensive drinks with service charge added, drinks packages poor value, expensive tours, poor quality pool area and sunbeds. Missed opportunities...

First Cruise Experience
By Vicky Beckwith on 18 July 2016
Royal Caribbean International | Rhapsody of the Seas Reviews

Overall, we loved this cruise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was slightly bigger than we thought it would be and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very clean and the cabin staff were spot on with keeping it that way. We ate in the main dining room most nights. The staff in there were exceptional but not overbearing. Food was very good in the main dining room and the Windjammer....

One of the smaller sized older ships, but in excellent condition. All the staff were superb and professional going out of their way to help and support the guests. The entertainment was varied, loved the big TV screen on deck. The food was good and plenty to choose from in the Wind jammer. In the evening it was great to have the formal dining and to have an excuse to dress up and be waited...
