Overall

Check in was really easy, someone to meet you as you got out of the taxi they guided you through to the checkin staff inside seamless, inside the purpose built cruise terminal which itself was pleasant and spacious.
My cabin was excellent inc a fully stocked fridge, tv with dvd player (films available from the ship library) bathroom has twin sinks with everything provided inc bathrobes slippers & toiletries
The main resturant food was excellent some of the best meals I have ever experienced on ship, however the highlight for most guests was the mushroom soup in Prego’s which is served in its own oregano bread, the most spoken about food dish I have come across & yes it was worth it!!
The entertainement for the size of the ship was brilliant, not only were the production shows spectacular, but the special acts were good to, the caberet acts were entertaining & engaging and this really puts some other cruise companies to shame
Having now experienced the variety of dining, activities and entertainment I can advise staff on what is available to passengers onboard, for a small ship I was amazed by the standard of entertainment and didnƒ??t think it was possible to produce such good shows with such a small cast, all very talented!!
I had previously travelled with several companies and one 6* line but I would say this was superior to previous expereinces, my knowledge is enhanced by the ports of call as I had never previously travelled to any on this itinerary, some memorable expereinces that I will never forget
An elderly gentlemen on our 1st night summed everything up for us before we had even expereinced Crystal for ourselves as we sat down for dining he walked past & politely said ‘It’s just too good!!!’
