You’re Slipping

We’ve used Bolsover to book our cruises for many years as we’ve always found them to be friendly, efficient and satisfactory. Normally I would have rated them as excellent, but this time there has been our first glitch in that we received neither luggage labels nor details of the dress code for the cruise we are going on in four days time. When I approached Bolsover about this they passed the blame on to P&O – which may be the case, but the reason we use an agent is to handle all the details for us. Accordingly we have had to chase around, make ‘phone calls to P&O, print and make up our own luggage labels and find out how many formal nights will be included in our cruise. This is extra hassle we did not expect as we have always been fully satisfied with leaving all arrangements to Bolsover. They’re still very good, but have fallen short of excellent on this particular occasion. We have another cruise booked via Bolsover in December, so we will expect them to have regained their usual, impeccable service.
