    Winter Sun Needed

I sailed on the NCL Spirit last October to the Canaries, it was lovely, good weather - even shorts weather. Had one bad day where the ship was going up and down with the waves, but really enjoyed the cruise. NCL Spirit was originally a chinese ship, before NCL bought it, so look out for all the memorabilia around the ship and don't miss the tiny museum in one of the lounges (can't remember the name of the lounge) but you have to go down a spiral staircase near to the stage, which not only takes you to the museum, but you can also see the front of the ship where the captain and his crew sail the ship from. Hope this helps. Enjoy NatalieB

    New Today

Hi Senior1ot - as you have never cruised before, I would suggest that you try a taster cruise, like a three or four day cruise. P & O do cruises from Southampton to Amsterdam, Bruges and Zebrugge (Paris) - why not give it a go, once you have been bitten by the cruise bug, you will never look back!

    Norwegian Spirit

Hi Ncl Spirit is a lovely ship for your first cruise. Got a feeling you may have to declare your bottle of wine when boarding. Food and staff were wonderful. Check out the lounge/bar with the little spiral staircase that takes you to a tiny museum and a view of the ships bridge Have a wonderful time NATALIE B

    Hi From Natalieb

Have just joined Cruise Club Forum, what a brilliant idea, hopefully will be able to get and give lots of info from fellow experienced cruisers like myself when planning to go on a cruise in the not too distant future.
