  1. I belief there should be a passenger representative on all cruises to deal with the problems We have to go to Recreotion and make the complaint which I am sure is largely ignored in the end
  2. We went on the 28 day cruise on Azura. The food was terrible entertainment a disaster. Change of captains half way through and we missed 2 islands being Antigua and Grand Cayman. There was a lot of discontent on board and on our return we wrote to P & O with a 5 page letter of complaint and they have acknowledged to us that they have had numerous complaints about this particular cruise. P and O are now Profit and Opportunity not really worried about their standards any more. God knows how they are going to fill a 6000 passenger ship when it's built. They need to take action and consider the passengers more.
