Japan/asia Cruise

3 posts in this topic

Good morning Tigerlilly.

In reality the 'rainy' season isn't that restrictive and is hardly worth trying to avoid if there is a cruise and a price that suits.

Generally though, and this comes from my Scuba Diving jaunts to the far east, the rainy season starts around April and finishes September/ November.

Not so long ago we picked up an absolute bargain of a shore holiday in Phuket in September - the supposed rainy season.

In 14 days we probably had to move from the poolside twice for just on an hour each time during a heavy downpour. Actually we just swam up to the pool bar.

Hope that helps.
