Today marks the 100-day countdown to the highly-anticipated launch of Celebrity Apex.

The first Celebrity Cruises ship to be launched in the UK in ten years, Celebrity Apex will make her debut sailing from Southampton, with a mini-season around Europe from 1 April 2020.

Celebrity Apex is hot on the heels of her sister-ship, the award-winning Celebrity Edge, and will continue this legacy when she sails out of UK shores for the first time in 2020.

In just 100 days, Celebrity Apex will join Celebrity Edge as the second in Celebrity Cruises’ Edge-Series of ships, with a mini-season of sailings around Europe from Southampton.

Beginning her European mini-season with an Apex Preview Sailing on 1 April, Celebrity Apex will visit Amsterdam and Bruges, before embarking on her Spain and Portugal inaugural sailing.

Like Celebrity Edge, she will be packed with a number of technological and design wonders including the innovative ‘Magic Carpet’, open-air plunge pools with 270-degree views, an outdoor Rooftop Garden, 29 world-class culinary venues and bars and a stunning three-deck dining and immersive entertainment space, Eden.

Continuing with its industry-first partnership with the American Ballet Theatre, Celebrity Apex will host the acclaimed dance company onboard her inaugural sailing on 5 April 2020, bringing the world’s best classical dance experience to sea.
