We are delighted to share that last night we scooped two awards at the star-studded UK Cruise Awards 2023, held at the renowned Madame Tussauds in London.
The UK Cruise Awards is organised by the Carnival Corporation and its associated brands including P&O Cruises, Cunard, Princess Cruises, Seabourn, Holland America Line and Carnival Cruise Line. The event brings the industry’s biggest names together to recognise the most successful agents of the previous year and is one of the most prestigious events on the cruise calendar.
On the night, guests were dressed to impress for an evening of awards, dinner, and dancing, during which we were announced as winners of the ‘Outstanding Customer Care’ Award and highly commended for the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ Award.
With customer care our highest priority, this award truly is an honour. We pride ourselves on our experienced and knowledgeable staff and unique customer service approach, showing our amazing customers the world by sea since the 1960s.
This award was made even more special as it was one of only two awards to be voted for and to represent all brands, reinforcing that the knowledge we have and the service we provide spans all cruising sectors and brands.
Our Product Manager, Katie, and Reservations Manager, Helen, both attended the event, and took to the stage to collect the new additions to our awards cabinet.
Speaking afterwards, Katie beamed “This award is so special as we always strive to provide the very best possible service for our customers. This is fantastic recognition for our dedicated team and testament to our loyal customers who ultimately all of this is for.”
