Marco Pierre White said:
Teaching is my passion, it is about telling stories and inspiring confidence. The simplest dish, cooked well and using great local ingredients, will create love round the dining table. My classes in The Cookery Club on Britannia arm guests with tips and knowledge so that they can prepare dishes for friends and family which look and taste wonderful.
Sessions developed by The Cookery Club will include Thai street food, spicy Caribbean and Indian dishes or Moroccan and Middle Eastern foods, and the chance to learn baking and bread making skills and more.
P&O Cruises senior vice president, Paul Ludlow, added:
Marco is a true legend who shaped modern British food and we are delighted that he will now take this lead role in The Cookery Club. Our guests will have the opportunity to learn from him and even have their supper cooked by him. There’s nowhere else in the world that this happens and as a memory for a foodie it has to be second to none.
