Marco Pierre White, Eric Lanlard and Olly Smith will host P&O Cruises passengers on food tours and cookery classes in the Norwegian Fjords later this year and into 2020.
Special themed excursions will be available on seven cruises between May to September 2019, as well as on the cruise line’s new ship, Iona.
Marco Pierre White will accompany passengers to a local farm to select seasonal ingredients, before holding a cookery demonstration at the Fish & Cow restaurant run by Norwegian chef, Kjartan Skjelde. Eric Lanlard will host a dessert-making masterclass with chef Mary-Ann Skjeie at the Tango restaurant and Olly Smith will lead a brewery tour and tasting session in Bergen.
