Say Hello To Summer

From family-fuelled fun with the whole clan in the Canaries to lazy days on rustic Greek islands, the world is your oyster.

Ah, summer! A time for salty sea breezes and coconut-scented sun creams. With the launch of the new P&O Cruises Summer 2019 Cruise Collection, the options for adventures in the sun are endless. Summer 2019 promises more time to savour your destination, with long and leisurely evenings in port and overnight stays in some of the world’s most exciting cities. Spend a little longer in the likes of Abu Dhabi, Barcelona and Venice, setting sail no earlier than 9.00pm on selected departures. Overnight calls mean more time to visit Iceland’s Blue Lagoon, watch world-class ballet in St. Petersburg or to sample the home brews of Amsterdam’s many bars and pubs. Wherever you are headed, the new P&O Cruises 2019 collection promises all those moments you crave in a summer getaway.

What’s New For 2019

P&O Cruises offer more departures from Southampton than any other cruise line, sailing to over 250 destinations.

The new Summer 2019 collection features a host of firsts for the UK’s favourite cruise line, including Oceana’s brand new Mediterranean fly-cruise collection, visiting classic destinations such as Dubrovnik and Venice, plus hidden gems Sarandë and Olbia. There are new cruises to North America and Canada’s East Coast, plus Oriana’s rare sailing past the North Cape and through the Svalbard archipelago. In addition to ship maiden calls for Oriana, Ventura and Aurora, the new programme also sees Arcadia make two fleet maiden calls. Bordeaux is the world’s wine capital and visitors can indulge in its finest export at La Cité du Vin, a shrine to wine. In Fredericia, Danish design, a historic centre and the Blue Flag Eastern Beach make it easy to see why the city almost pipped Copenhagen to the post to become Denmark’s capital.
