The Royal Wedding is quickly approaching and several cruise lines have made plans to celebrate Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s big day in style with live screenings and various other activities to take place.
The Three Queens will screen the Royal Wedding alongside afternoon tea serving specially created cakes including the Union Jack Butterfly, Chocolate Crown and Victoria Wedding Cake along with traditional finger sandwiches, scones, clotted cream and jams.
Celebration cocktails will also be served in the bars with suitable titles including the Princess Bride, The King’s Steed, American Beauty, Midnight Over the Atlantic and P.S. I Love You.
Plus, there will be a commemorative dinner and keepsake menu in the main dining room with a celebration cake (modelled after the bride and groom’s), made of lemon and elderflower to be served in each of the restaurants and washed down with Champagne.
Princess Cruises have will have scheduled live screenings of the Royal Wedding on the top-deck movie screens and in bars and lounges on 17 of the line’s ships. Onboard parties, themed menus and Royal-related trivia quizzes will also take place.

Cruise & Maritime will mark the special occasion with live screenings of the Royal Wedding on Columbus, Magellan and Marco Polo.
The Royal Wedding will also be celebrated with a British deck party, complete with afternoon tea, a ’60s dance party, featuring popular British songs from that era, plus Royal trivia quizzes and food and drinks with a Royal Wedding theme.
