Excellent Service

I’ve booked with Bolsover Cruise Club for a number of years now. They are always extremely efficient and very helpful. They ring back when they say they will and, when I try to get through but can’t get a reply, they call back at the earliest opportunity. This year they have been particularly helpful as I had quite a few questions regarding changes to cruising re Covid and the refund of a percentage of our cruise fare as our cruise has been shortened. The person at the other end of the phone (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to find out the answers to my questions. Lovely people to book your holiday with.
