Just to say thank you to BCC and your colleagues for such an easy process in transferring our cruises to 2022. Your colleague was very helpful when I spoke to her yesterday and very patient. We have also already received the confirmation packs. Similarly P&O have been great – we have received confirmation that they have cancelled the excursions that had been booked and arranged the refunds. It’s no wonder we keep returning to BCC for our cruises with excellent service like this.
