Regal Princess, the latest addition to the Princess Cruises fleet has successfully completed her sea trials and continues on course to make her debut to the cruising world on 20 May 2014. Sea trials are always a major milestone in the preparation of all cruise ships and Regal Princess passed the tests with flying colours. The new ship departed the Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy to be put through her paces, ensuring propulsion, steering and navigational equipment were all effectively performing. The series of manoeuvres during her trials enabled crew to test her to the maximum and ensure she was 100% ready to begin her maiden cruising season.
