Royal Caribbean Announces New Exclusive Beach Destinations

Royal Caribbean is setting the stage for a new era in cruise holidays with the announcement of four exclusive destination experiences. Royal Caribbean welcomes over seven million holidaymakers each year across its 28 ships, with four more ships currently on order. With more than 300 destinations already on its itinerary, the cruise line is now turning its focus to creating bespoke beach escapes that blend relaxation, culture, and unforgettable adventures.

Leading the charge is the eagerly anticipated Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in The Bahamas, set to open in December 2025. Located on Nassau’s iconic Paradise Island, this destination will offer guests an all-inclusive beach experience unlike any other. With unlimited dining, drinks, and top-tier amenities included in the day pass, visitors can unwind at The Floating Flamingo, the world’s largest swim-up bar, sample local fare at three island-style eateries, and enjoy Bahamian art installations and live music in a truly immersive setting.

Following closely behind is the Royal Beach Club Cozumel, scheduled to debut in 2026. Positioned along Mexico’s vibrant coastline, this beach club will embrace the rich spirit of the region with stunning beaches, pools with swim-up bars, and a range of activities including snorkelling, kayaking, and more. Guests will also be treated to authentic cultural experiences, from a local street market to tequila tastings and interactive cooking classes, making it the perfect blend of relaxation and discovery.

Looking further ahead to early 2027, Royal Caribbean will unveil its first-ever exclusive destination in the Southern Hemisphere with the launch of Lelepa. Located in the South Pacific’s Vanuatu archipelago, Lelepa will offer a serene escape featuring untouched beaches, nature trails, water-based activities, and locally inspired dining. This unique destination promises a more tranquil experience that connects travellers with the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the South Pacific, particularly appealing to guests cruising from Australia and beyond.
