Carnival Celebration is the sister ship to Mardi Gras, Carnival Cruise Line’s first XL-class ship. As you’d expect, fun is at the heart of the ship, while there are subtle nods to the original MS Celebration throughout the vessel.
When Carnival Celebration sets sail for the first time in November 2022, she will do so during Carnival’s 50th year in the business. She is a tribute to all the good times that have been enjoyed at sea so far – and the precursor of everything that is still to come.
Just like her sister ship, Celebration will feature six individual zones, each one themed to deliver incredible experiences and flavours. One of the undoubted highlights is BOLT, the first rollercoaster at sea, along with other unique design features created specifically for this brand-new Carnival Cruise Line ship.
Regular Carnival cruisers will be glad to see the arrival of fleet favourites such as Bonsai Teppanyaki and the RedFrog Tiki Bar, as well as entertainment options including Family Feud Live, Seuss at Sea, Playlist Productions and more. A host of new shows will be available on board, including The Most Magnificent Circus and Colour My World – An Indie Rock and Pop Love Story. Never seen before on a Carnival ship, Visual Symphony will make use of the 16 LED screens that span three decks alongside special effects to create a high-tech masterpiece.
