Brand-New Dining Concepts for Cunard’s Queen Anne

Cunard has unveiled four new dining experiences that will be available on brand-new ship Queen Anne, due to launch in May 2024. Aji Wa, Aranya, Sir Samuel’s, and Tramonto will provide the latest additions to the ship, where these will serve as alternative evening dining venues, available for an additional fee, complementing the inclusive meal options offered for lunch or dinner in Tramonto and the Golden Lion pub.

Aji Wa is a brand-new concept for Cunard that will offer creative Japanese cuisine influenced by the seasons. Guests can enjoy sushi and a la carte lunch and dinner menus, with the option to partake in a special Omikase ‘chef’s choice’ tasting menu in the evening.

Aranya, another exciting addition, invites guests on a culinary journey through the rich spice flavours of India. The menus are curated by experts in this field, providing a multi-sensory experience. The restaurant’s luxurious interiors, including stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, offer magnificent views while dining.

For steak lovers, Sir Samuel’s is the place to be. This high-end steakhouse showcases the finest British and Australian beef and seafood, accompanied by an exceptional wine collection. The steaks are of the utmost quality and cooked to perfection, while a wide variety of fish and seafood dishes are also available. All produce is responsibly sourced for the freshest flavours.

Tramonto takes guests to the sun-kissed shores of the Mediterranean. With a menu filled with fresh flavours, guests can enjoy dining al-fresco, taking in the beautiful sunset on warm summer evenings.

Aside from these new venues, guests will have exclusive access to dining appropriate to their stateroom type. This includes the grand two-tiered Britannia restaurant, the largest Britannia Club restaurant in the fleet, as well as the opulent settings of the Princess Grill and Queens Grill dining.

In another exciting announcement for Queen Anne’s dining options, chef Michel Roux will be teaming up with Cunard’s culinary development chefs to design a special gala menu exclusively for the Queens Grill restaurant. In addition, he will collaborate on a brand-new menu for the Golden Lion.

The menu will showcase a curated collection of elevated pub classics, reimagined by chef Michel. This exciting new menu will make its debut on board the Queen Anne, with plans to introduce it to the rest of the Cunard fleet later in the year.
