Cocktail Corner: Silversea’s Mutiny

With a month in lockdown ahead of us, we’re going to need a drink. To celebrate the arrival of new Silversea ship, Silver Moon, we’re rustling up a Mutiny. This twist on the classic Daiquiri has the taste of tropical islands about it and who doesn’t need a bit of that right now?

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Sugar syrup

1 oz Fresh lime juice

1/2 oz Bitter Truth Falernum

1 1/2 oz Pusser’s Navy Rum

How to Prepare:

1. Chill an old fashioned glass & put to one side
2. Prepare your garnishes
3. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
4. Top with cubed ice & shake for 10 seconds
5. Dip taste
6. Drain off any excess water from the old fashioned glass
7. Fine strain
8. Garnish with cinnamon stick & purple flower
