The new policy applies to all holidays departing before 1 September 2020, with an email sent this morning to advise guests set to cruise with either line that they will be able to cancel their cruise up to 48 hours before departure and receive a future cruise credit equivalent to the cancellation fee. The future cruise credit is eligible to be redeemed on any itinerary departing until 31 March 2022 and guests have until the 31 December 2021 to choose their holiday. Any remaining monies paid will be refunded.

The bonus is applicable to all bookings made before 11 March 2020 and amounts vary depending on cruise line and length of itinerary.
