A number of notable sports personalities will be making an appearance on Enchanted Princess sports stars cruise this summer, as the ship embarks on a Sports Stars cruise.
Departing 5 August 2022, the cruise from Southampton will visit Spain and France, hosted by Olympian Gail Emms MBE. Highlights will include a series of Q&A sessions with big names from the world of rugby, cricket and the Olympics.
Rugby star Martin Johnson, who captained England, the British Lions and Leicester throughout his 16-season career will be among those appearing on the cruise. He is best known for leading England to victory in the 2003 Rugby World Cup.
Former England international cricketer Phil Tufnell is also scheduled to join the Princess Cruises sailing. He took more than 1,000 first-class wickets and 121 wickets in his 42 caps for England and is now well known for his TV and radio appearances. Five-time gold medallist Sir Steve Redgrave will also appear on the special sailing.
The sports stars cruise will stop at Guernsey, before visiting La Rochelle in France and the Spanish ports of Bilbao and La Coruna.
