The Wave Awards celebrate the very best of the UK’s cruise industry and we’re proud to announce we have been shortlisted in the Favourite Cruise Travel Agent category!
Now in their fifth year, the awards set a benchmark standard and recognise, reward and celebrate innovation and excellence within our sector.
Whilst we are delighted to have made it this far, the winner will be decided based on public votes. In order to progress to the next stage of voting, we need your support.
All you need to do is click this link and, when you reach the Favourite Cruise Travel Agent dropdown box, select Bolsover Cruise Club. There are seven categories in total.
Anyone who registers their vote will also automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a free cruise.
This round of voting closes on 30 Sep 2022, and the final results will be announced in a star-studded ceremony in London on 16 November.

We have used bolsover for the last 15 years not having used another Cruise company I am Un able to compare with others however I would say the standard of service has deteriorated the phone answer times have certainly increased and staff appear to be less knowledgable about the products being offered
