When the effects of covid cancelled our cruise at two days notice you moved H & E to get the 4 of us back onto a new cruise. We thus joined the Brittania and had a wonderful time. The cruise was replacing the trip for my son & D In L 30 wedding anniversary. You made it good for them

I think Bolsover Cruise Club is the best agent. I have used them repeatedly over the years. Their service is exemplary. The Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, accessible and overall very helpful. Nothing is too much for them to do. Communication is clear.
