Passengers embarking on the brand-new Royal Caribbean ship Wonder of the Seas will have over 20 dining options to choose from, as details of the onboard dining options are revealed. Restaurants, bars and lounges will encompass eight signature neighbourhoods, which includes Central Park and the all-new Suite Neighbourhood.
Due to set sail in March, Wonder of the Seas will see The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant & Bar make its debut, bringing southern comfort food to the ocean waves. The farmhouse-style, rustic decor will be complemented with live country music and a cosy porch where guests can sit and enjoy a drink, or enjoy a photo opportunity on the swing.
The Mason Jar’s diverse menu will include classics such as southern fried chicken and shrimp and grits, as well as brunch favourites including savoury johnnycakes and sweet-tooth cinnamon rolls.
There are many other exciting dining options on Wonder of the Seas, including El Loco Fresh and Cantina Fresca, home of grab-and-go Mexican delights, like made-to-order tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar will also make its debut on a Royal Caribbean Oasis class ship. Authentic staples are on the menu, such as handmade pizzas, charcuterie boards and an extensive wine list.
Wonder of the Seas will be based in three locations during its inaugural year. She will start with Fort Lauderdale in Florida, before heading to Barcelona and Rome from April to October and returning to Florida, where she’ll sail all-year round from Port Canaveral.
