Cunard to Welcome Jools Holland & Jamie Cullum in 2025

Cunard is setting sail with two legendary figures from the world of jazz in 2025: Jools Holland OBE and Jamie Cullum. These music icons are set to deliver unforgettable performances aboard Queen Victoria.

Jools Holland will be appearing on Queen Victoria’s eight-night journey through Spain and Italy, departing from Southampton on 4 May and arriving in Civitavecchia on 12 May

Jools Holland, renowned for his work on Later with Jools Holland and his time as the pianist for Squeeze, is scheduled to captivate guests with two performances in the ship’s Royal Court Theatre. Audiences will be treated to a remarkable selection from his storied career, featuring many of his beloved hits.

He commented: “I am incredibly excited about performing on Queen Victoria next year, especially as we’ll be sailing around such a beautiful part of the world. Playing on a luxury cruise ship is a new experience for me and one that I’m sure will be a lot of fun. I want my shows to be uplifting events and I hope guests on board leave the theatre with a renewed love of jazz music.”

The UK’s top jazz musician and beloved BBC Radio 2 host Jamie Cullum will be aboard the Queen for her 13-night Atlantic Islands roundtrip voyage, setting sail from Southampton on 21 April. This spring journey, spanning April to May, includes visits to picturesque destinations such as Madeira, Tenerife, La Palma, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, and the coastal city of Cadiz, with excursions to Seville.

Jamie Cullum noted: “I’m very much looking forward to performing for guests on board Queen Victoria in the spring. It’s been many years since I performed on a cruise ship – it’s a time that holds many great memories. There’s something unique about the whole experience, playing music whilst at sea. My band and I promise everyone a fantastic night.”
