P&O Cruises has announced details of its 2025 Food Hero sailings, which will see chefs Marco Pierre White, José Pizarro, Shivi Ramoutar, Kjartan Skjelde, and wine expert Olly Smith join selected holidays. Following rave reviews in 2024, renowned food critic Tom Parker Bowles is scheduled for two special appearances to collaborate with the Food Heroes.
Set aboard the Britannia, Iona, and Arvia, these Food Hero sailings by P&O Cruises promise guests distinctive culinary adventures, from mastering the art of Caribbean jerk chicken to enjoying intimate dinners with perfectly matched wines, all exclusive to P&O Cruises in 2025.
On three Britannia voyages, Marco Pierre White will lead masterclasses and curated dinners featuring dishes that highlight the best of his illustrious career. José Pizarro will bring the rich flavours of Spain to life aboard two Arvia sailings, while Shivi Ramoutar will offer guests a taste of the Caribbean on Arvia. Kjartan Skjelde will introduce passengers to the innovative tastes of Nordic cuisine on three Iona journeys. Wine aficionado Olly Smith will be present on four cruises, hosting tastings that celebrate the art of wine from around the globe.
