P&O Cruises Announces Caribbean Itineraries For Arvia

New P&O Cruises ship Arvia will spend her inaugural winter 2022/2023 season in the Caribbean, the cruise line has revealed..

Arvia will soak up the sunshine on ports of call at eight Caribbean islands; Antigua, Barbados, Curaçao, Martinique, St Kitts, St Lucia, St Maarten and the Dominican Republic – a maiden call for the P&O Cruises fleet.

Cruises on Arvia in 2022/2023 will range from seven to 22 nights, with itineraries including repositioning cruises from Southampton and fly-cruises departing from either Barbados or Antigua – brand new for winter 2022/23.

All Arvia cruises will include an overnight in Barbados, with those sailing a 14 or 15-night itinerary also spending evenings in Antigua and St Lucia. Guests on Arvia’s 22-night positioning cruises will enjoy two days in Barbados in addition to either two full days in St Kitts or two full days in both Martinique and St Lucia.

Sister ship to Iona, LNG-powered Arvia will join the P&O Cruises fleet in December 2022. The Excel-class vessel is currently under construction at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. Designed with the sunshine in mind, the latest cruise ship for the fleet will offer ocean and seashore views from ever angle on board.

P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow said: “Arvia is the latest evolution in the P&O Cruises experience, embodying the newest trends in travel, dining and entertainment, and will be the epitome of a sunshine resort sailing year-round to the warmest climates.

“New restaurant Green & Co featuring Mizuhana will have a plant-led menu reflecting the latest trends in vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian dining while Altitude Skywalk and SeaScreen will entertain all ages.

“Arvia’s extraordinary features maximise views of the ocean, seashore and destinations from everywhere on board while guests enjoy the next generation of on-board entertainment.”

Cruises on Arvia will go on sale later this month. Pre-register your interest here today to be the first to find out more.

    • Hi Mr & Mrs Rust, we don't have any information on any shore excursions for Arvia in the Caribbean just yet so it might be worth checking back in when the cruises go on sale.
