Details of Cunard’s Queen Anne maiden voyage have emerged, as the brand new ship prepares to set sail for the first time on 4 January 2024. The cruise from Southampton will last seven nights and include an overnight call in Lisbon.
A spectacular sailaway party is planned for Queen Anne’s maiden voyage. Guests are invited to raise a glass out on deck, sample world cuisine at the Maiden Voyage Gala Dinner and dance the night away at the Celebration Ball.
Passengers will also be treated to premiere performances bespoke to Cunard, held in the Royal Court Theatre each evening. As is the case on many of Cunard’s ships, there will also be special guest appearances from experts in the worlds of art and literature, and other celebratory entertainment.
When Queen Anne arrives in Lisbon, guests will be able to witness the Local Harbour Master present an official welcome plaque to Captain Inger Klein Thorhauge.
Following the Queen Anne maiden voyage, she will return to Southampton, where she will be joined by sister ships Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria. This will mark the first time all three Queens will come together.
