Bolsover Goes Luxury Speed Dating!

This week at Bolsover HQ, we were thrilled to welcome our Cruise Experts to a Luxury Speed Dating Event – a three-day celebration of luxury, learning, and next-level service. More than just product training, this event was an opportunity to reinforce our role as true ambassadors of luxury travel.

Over the three days, we were joined by representatives from many of our luxury cruise partners, each showcasing their brand and sharing what makes them the perfect match for our Cruise Club Members. Through this tailored, interactive training, our Cruise Experts gained a deeper understanding of the experiences offered by luxury cruise lines, as well as the exceptional service and value they provide.

The event kicked off in style, as we invited our team to take part in a ‘Dress to Impress’ dress code and hosted an exclusive Champagne & Caviar Tasting Experience. Our very own resident beautician, Freya, was also on hand to provide spa treatments. There was, of course, plenty of learning throughout, as a series of invaluable drop-in sessions allowed our team to delve deeper into the world of luxury cruising.
