The Royal Caribbean Group has announced a loyalty-match scheme across its cruise lines: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea.
Members will be able to retain their earned status benefits, as the company becomes the first major cruise line to harmonise loyalty status across its key brands. Members of the Crown & Anchor Society from Royal Caribbean, Captain’s Club from Celebrity Cruises, and Venetian Society from Silversea can now sail with any of the group’s brands without sacrificing their tier status.
When sailing with any of the sister brands, guests are entitled to exclusive onboard benefits that correspond to their matched loyalty tier, which will enhance the luxury of their voyage. Guests who already participate in more than one of these loyalty programmes will be automatically synchronised across all brands within seven days, ensuring they are quickly acknowledged at their correct loyalty level.
Jason Liberty, President and CEO of the Royal Caribbean Group, said: “We strive to provide guests with experiences within our portfolio of brands that meet them for all of life’s moments.
“Each of our differentiated brands have passionate fans who take pride in the status they’ve achieved through repeat sailings. In a first for the cruise industry, our new Loyalty Status Match programme rewards guests traveling across our brands, and this is one more step in our journey of transforming a vacation of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations.”
