If you’ve been wondering ‘Has P&O Azura been refurbished?’, the answer is a resounding yes. The P&O Azura refit in 2025 has been completed, transforming this popular ship into a stylish and modern choice for cruisers. The P&O Azura refit comes at the perfect time, as she prepares for her next season of sailings to some of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

Whether it’s a Mediterranean cruise to Italy and Greece, a sun-soaked Canary Islands cruise, or a journey through the Norwegian Fjords, guests can now enjoy these adventures in even greater comfort and style.

What to Expect From the P&O Azura Refit

After months of anticipation, the P&O Azura refit 2025 revealed an exciting transformation across the ship’s social and dining spaces. From refreshed restaurants and casual eateries to elegant lounges and bars, every venue was carefully redesigned to elevate the onboard experience.

Whether you were enjoying a leisurely breakfast, a cocktail at sunset, or live entertainment late into the night, Azura’s refurbished venues now combine style, comfort, and atmosphere in a way that makes every moment at sea unforgettable.

Dining & Nightlife After the P&O Azura Refit 2025

Food and drink are at the heart of every great holiday, and the P&O Azura refit 2025 gave her restaurants and bars a stylish new look to match the quality of the cuisine on offer. For anyone still asking ‘has P&O Azura been refurbished?’, the answer is yes — and the transformation of her dining spaces shows just how much attention to detail went into this extensive upgrade.

  • The Glass House: Inspired by glass itself, Olly Smith’s renowned wine bar was refreshed with sharp lines, geometric forms, and vibrant colour schemes.
  • Sindhu: This fleet favourite restaurant transformed, adopting a new look that mirrors its fusion menu. Metallic accents, traditional textiles, and contemporary styling combine to create rich, opulent surroundings.
  • Java: The ship’s coffee bar has been revitalised with organic textures and rustic, earthy tones, echoing the coffee-making process and creating a warm, grounded space for your daily caffeine fix.
  • Oriental Restaurant: Azura’s main dining venue received new carpeting and furniture alongside a fresh palette of pinks and greens, with delicate floral motifs adding a traditional touch.
  • Breakers Bar: Taking inspiration from the beach, Breakers now features tropical ocean blues, warm corals, and sandy shades across tiles, flooring, and accent colours.
  • Epicurean: One of Azura’s most elegant restaurants was updated with reddish tones inspired by spices, balanced with neutrals to create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manhattan Lounge: Bold new carpets and upholstery were introduced, reflecting vibrant urban energy with design references drawn from striking city architecture.

Cabins & Suites After the P&O Azura Refit

Many of the cabins on board Azura were refreshed during the March 2025 refit, with new furnishings, fabrics, and more. Fresh carpeting was also installed throughout the corridors leading to guest cabins.

Cabins: Cabins became even more inviting thanks to new carpets, curtains, and reupholstered desk chairs, sofa beds, and headboards. Revitalised blues now harmonise with warm wood tones and a neutral palette, creating a calming atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a busy day at sea.

Suites: Guests staying in suites now benefit from a new palette of tranquil lavender and neutral tones. Combined with elegant wooden accents and gentle textures, these updates created a refined harmony across carpets, headboards, curtains, chairs, and cushions. The refit also introduced new ceiling lamps, bedside lamps, reading lamps, and USB charging points, bringing both comfort and modern convenience to Azura’s most luxurious accommodation.
