Incredible Cuisine

Barbadian cuisine, also known as Bajan cuisine, is a fusion of African, Indian, Irish, Creole, and British influences, with the national dish being cou-cou and flying fish. Barbados' transformation into the 'Rum Capital of the World' doesn't need much explanation. It is home to Mount Gay, the world's oldest rum distillery, with the spirit deeply embedded in the island's culture.
