Not only is Celebrity Silhouette an excellent choice for cruising Europe and the Caribbean, she has all the best-loved Solstice-class features. You can relax, eat, drink and socialise in the fresh air on the iconic Lawn Club or unwind in your own cabana-style haven in The Alcoves. However you spend the days between destinations, you’re guaranteed to spend them in Celebrity Cruises’ unique blend of modern luxury.
Let the marble walkways of the Galleria Boutiques lead you to fine jewellery stores where you’ll discover high-end numbers from the likes of Bulgari, Omega, Michael Kors, Versace, Armani and many more exclusive brands. Raise a toast to your new purchases with friends and family in the decidedly casual Foyer Bar, or slope off to Café al Bacio, where you can cradle a cappuccino whilst kicking back on the comfortable furniture and taking a bite into one of their freshly baked cakes.
Holidays are all about rest and relaxation, and it’s no different aboard Celebrity Silhouette. Ask for a cold towel, a bite to eat or whatever you desire, and have your every whim catered to with the outstanding service offered by crew members. Order a Margarita, Mojito or a refreshing pint of beer and have it served to you on a silver tray as you laze in sun or take a dip in the pool. With one crew member to nearly every two guests, no detail goes unnoticed and they’ll always go that extra mile to ensure your cruise turns out just the way you want it.
Come night fall, the Solstice Deck is the place to be if you want to get the best views of the starry sky and the coastline in the distance.
For a more private setting, you can reserve you own private haven on one of the eight cabana-style areas that wait in The Alcoves. Each private alcove is supplied with handheld fans and chilled towels, with afternoons best spent enjoying a soothing spa treatment under the sea breeze. Leisurely afternoons come complete with themed picnic baskets full of food from one of the ship’s speciality restaurants, accompanied by a la carte beverages brought to you by one of the friendly Alcove Attendants, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Celebrity Silhouette may be a quiet refuge by day, but by night the Sky Observation Lounge comes alive with interactive themed parties that include Live & Sky; music and dances of the 40s with Motown and funky soul featuring live bands, singers and dancers.
The coolest setting on ship, literally and metaphorically speaking, is the Martini Bar & Crush. Inspired by icier climes with its frosted bar, talented mixologist will pull out all the stops in a high energy show that brings you an experimental and delicious menu of martinis. Elsewhere you can drink fine wine by the bottle in Cellar Masters, accompanied by gorgeous views of the seas, or head for the electrifying pulse of Quasar where you can dance the night away long into the wee hours.
You’ll also find dazzling Broadway-style productions, plus entertaining guest acts including comedians, singers and musicians who are the best in the business in the state-of-the-art Silhouette Theatre.
Enjoy a perfect marriage of flavours and artful presentation in The Grand Cuvee Restaurant, the two-tiered main dining room that sits aft of the ship on decks three and four. This welcoming, airy and contemporary restaurant offers up to 29 delicious selections, each created by a James Beard featured chef; Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon Roulade, Quail Delight and Crème Brûlée are only a snippet of what can be expected in this delightful venue.
Head to the bright and modern Lawn Club Grill and enjoy the best views on board while you dine al frescoand under the watchful eye of a celebrity chef, who will help you prepare your food over the custom-built grills. Then again, you may like to make your way over to Tuscan Grill for the traditional tastes of Italy, or experience lobster presentation and an expansive selection of artisanal cheeses from around the world in Murano, where world-class cuisine and impeccable service are celebrated to the utmost.
Qsine is a completely unique dining experience with elements of surprise designed to give you a dining experience unlike anything you’ve ever experienced on land or sea. Give your senses a wake-up call and dig in, enjoying every twist and turn of the fun and extraordinary, leaving your appetite satisfied and your memories full.
Open from 6am to late at night, the open kitchen of Bistro on Five is full of theatricals both day and night. Here, attentive waiting staff will introduce you to delicious crêpes, paninis, soups and more, before friendly chefs cook up a storm at hot counters.
The décor of the Oceanview Café reflects that of an international marketplace, with menu influences from cultures around the world and stations including made-to-order pasta, pizza, sushi and lots more. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late at night; stop by for a midnight feast, a cheeky snack between meals or when your sweet tooth craves something delicious.
The Celebrity Cruises dress code during the day is casual and relaxed, so you can really enjoy that true holiday feeling throughout your time on Celebrity Silhouette. The evening dress code is mainly Elegant Casual, with at least one Formal Evening held during your cruise; perfect for those who wish to don their best dress, suit or tuxedo
