Ms Fridtjof is another of Hurtigruten’s revolutionary battery hybrid-powered ships, combining state-of-the-art technology and a premium on board experience. Ms. Fridtjof Nansen got its name from the Norwegian Explorer, scientist, and Nobel peace prize laureate Fridtjof Nansen. He was well known for his expeditions in Greenland and what better way to explore this destination on the ship that has its name in his honour.
