From the moment you set foot on board you will relish the MSC Preziosa experience. This magnificent vessel has taken MSC Cruises to the next level and the superb interior design exudes style. It’s all about Mediterranean inspiration on board, with her real stone piazza that instantly catches your eye, along with her sweeping Swarovski crystal grand staircase and all-impressive ‘infinity’ pool that you will instantly fall in love with.
Entertainment was key when designing MSC Preziosa and you can certainly see the emphasis that has been placed on board when you take in her many innovative features. There is no finer place to relax than at the superb MSC Aurea Spa where beauty and wellness treatments combine to give you an unrivalled rejuvenation. Relax and wash away the strains of day to day life as you choose from a mesmerising range of treatment choices. Suite passengers will have the exclusive pleasure of the MSC Yacht Club, renowned for its “ship within a ship” ambience. Elsewhere on board, Top 18 is the exclusive adult only serenity and provides stunning views out to sea right at the peak of the ship. Here enjoy complete peace and quiet as you relax and the day away for a well-deserved recharge.
The pool areas on board are truly breath taking and provide the perfect place to soak up the glistening Mediterranean sunshine as you sip a freshly made cocktail and laze the afternoon away. The pool areas are divided up into family friendly and adult only areas, catering for all passengers but the most popular pool attraction has to be the incredible infinity pool on board.
If you’re looking for adrenaline fuelled fun, then head for the on board waterpark for some splash-packed fun for the whole family to enjoy. Vertigo is one of the longest single-rider slides at sea, taking thrill-seekers on a twisting descent.
MSC Preziosa has so much to see and do for younger guests that they will have the time of their lives on board. The fun for many starts at Doremi Castle kids aqua park. Spectacularly colourful designs combined features like that of fountains, water pistols and a ‘drenching bucket’ that falls down on unsuspecting heads once full, gives the kids hours of fun.
Kids (3-6 years) & Juniors (7-11 years) get to live it up in DOREMILAND with its two special clubs, while teenagers get their own space where they make new friends and can join in weekly teen events from a Teens White Party to a teens talent show, plus they have their own nightclub on board more commonly known as Graffiti’s. This venue is the place to be and gives them a sense of freedom. They’ll enjoy making friends and the MSC kid’s crew are always on hand to keep the fun going.
If you enjoy staying active, then you’ll love the state of the art gym on board for a full spectrum of facilities and the sports court area. This location boasts volleyball, basketball, tennis and more whilst there’s even squash courts on board and an outdoor running track, perfect for a morning jog to watch a Mediterranean sunrise.
As if all this wasn’t enough, the evening entertainment is even better. The Platinum Theatre is the place to be to take in a fabulous production showcase night after night as well as superb live music acts. There’s also the Millennium Star Casino with a full range of gaming choices to choose from to see if you can walk away a winner. The Sport and Bowling Diner is a brand new feature for MSC and combines the perfect place to catch the big game with a remarkably designed bowling alley. For an enjoyable pre-dinner drink head for the Diamond Bar or alternatively take in the exceptional panoramic views at the Galaxy Lounge that towers over the ship on deck 16. Cap the night off at the Green Sax Jazz Bar where live music plays night after night in neon-lit room, reminiscent of downtown American cities where jazz music first emerged.
The Golden Lobster is the main restaurant on board and is set over two decks. The grand design of this dining venue never fails to impress and provides a delicious dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This silver service experience serves a wide range of Mediterranean and international cuisine to treat every taste bud and the interior décor is utterly astonishing with marble floors combining with Murano glass appliqués.
The beautiful L’Arabesque dining room is set right at the aft of the ship and provides the most magnificent panoramic views out to sea.
Ristorante Italia continues the Italian theme of excellence but does so in a more glamorous and exclusive style. Enjoy not only a meal but a culinary journey, where the food is utterly mind-blowing and the sommeliers will combine the perfect meal with the perfect wine selection just for you.
MSC Preziosa also boasts exceptional options for casual, informal dining. Opt to dine in the Sports and Bowling Diner for American themed cuisine, head for La Locanda the pizzeria on dine in the 24-hour buffet service restaurant known as Maya & Inca.
The dress code during the day is casual. Comfortable attire is recommended for when taking excursions in port but whilst on board resort casual is the main dress code. During the evening the dress code will vary and you will be instructed of the night’s attire in your daily newspaper, delivered to your stateroom each evening. Evening attire ranges from smart casual to formal evenings when gentlemen are required to wear a dark suit or tuxedo whilst ladies often opt for evening gowns.
