Seabourn Encore will take the cruise experience to new levels, combining Seabourn’s signature service with more immersive excursions than ever before. You are invited to go ashore and spend an afternoon with the chefs of Encore, who will visit local markets in search of fresh, seasonal and locally sourced delicacies to incorporate into the coming day’s menu. Discuss produce selection, recipes, preparation and tasting, learning all about the local cuisine and taking your new found knowledge home with you to impress anyone who will listen.

Curated Selection at the Boutique

Take retail therapy a step beyond ‘Shopping with the Chef’ at The Boutique, where you’ll find luxury goods from some of the world’s leading designers, along with a carefully curated selection of fine watches and dazzling jewellery. A private showroom is available for sales of diamonds and other precious gemstones.

A Whole New You

Whether you seek tranquillity or re-energising you will find it in The Spa at Seabourn. Here, skilled technicians offer a full range of massages, detoxes, cleansing and wrap therapies that will leave you feeling like a whole new you; a full-service salon is also available for men and women. Work up a sweat in the fully-equipped gym, where personal trainers will create a workout tailored to your fitness goals.

The Square

Designed by interiors mastermind Adam D. Tihany, The Square accommodates a gracious library come sitting room, furnished with a computer centre and European Konditorei-style coffee bar completed with a glass cabinet brimming with sandwiches, pastries and gelato. Located aft of The Square is a comfortable open deck terrace, where you can relax and unwind anytime of the day.

Pool Deck and Marina Days

Intersperse time spent on Encore’s stunning Pool Deck with lunch in the al fresco setting of the Patio Grill; a casual poolside venue accommodating leisurely lunches with an array of salads, pastas, soups and freshly made pizzas plus more to see you through the day. Seabourn’s signature Marina Days take the fun from the pool to the ocean, as the ships transforms into your own private beach resort. Kayaks, pedal boats and windsurfers are deployed from the stern of the ship, turning the ocean into your playground for the afternoon.

The Best of Evenings

With a choice of bars and entertainment venues, you’ll never experience anything but the best of evenings aboard Seabourn Encore. The ship’s main showroom, the Grand Salon, accommodates all guests with a variety of productions including cabaret, comedians, live music, dancing and classical recitals. The Grand Salon also plays host to Seabourn Conversations, with visionaries and luminaries coming aboard to regale guests with fascinating insights, expert opinions and intriguing conversation. Celebrated chefs, scholars, performers, explorers and experts from all fields will join Encore over the coming months, bringing with them their unique insights.

The Observation Lounge is the perfect choice for relaxed drinks and conversation pre or post dinner, whilst The Club is a livelier venue where the dancing continues late into the night. Take advantage of the beautiful night sky with an Evening Under the Stars; taking the entertainment to the deck, you’ll enjoy sumptuous barbecue dinners, gala parties with live music and evenings of high-energy dancing.

You can enjoy refreshing fruit smoothie and breath-taking views of the horizon throughout the day at the Sky Bar, where stools and tables are occupied from morning until dinnertime.

Gourmet Cuisine from Talented Chefs

The Restaurant is the main dining venue on board Seabourn Encore, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner on an open seating basis with no need for reservations. The elegant surroundings reflect The Restaurant’s sophisticated menu of gourmet cuisine, each dish created with care by Seabourn’s talented chefs.

Seabourn Encore’s all-suite accommodation has been designed to create an ultimate haven of relaxation and In-Suite Dining may prove a tempting option during your cruise. Choose your meal from the menu of The Restaurant and enjoy it served in the privacy of your own veranda.

A more casual dining venue can be found over at The Colonnade. Enjoy breakfast and lunch in this delightful venue, with a lavish buffet choice including a selection of á la carte items and daily specials. During the evening, The Colonnade becomes a lively spot serving up regionally themed dinners with full table service.

Seabourn to a Tea

Catch up with friends and family, or get to know somebody new, at Seabourn to a Tea. Indulge in afternoon tea, freshly brewed to order, with white-glove service and live piano music accompaniment.

Caviar and Champagne

Caviar in the Surf is another signature Seabourn dining experience. Enjoy caviar and champagne in the turquoise waters of some of the world’s most remote beaches, while the crew bring a feast of food and drinks from the ship to welcome you back ashore with drinks, music and a delicious beach barbecue.

Dress Code

The dress code for Seabourn Encore is casual, resort-style attire for the day, including shorts and jeans. In the evening (after 6pm) there are two different dress codes; Elegant Casual and Formal. Elegant casual dress is standard for all dining venues. Men can wear trousers, collared shirts and jumpers, while ladies may wear trousers, skirts, blouses or dresses. Formal attire is required in The Restaurant and men are asked to wear a tuxedo, suit or trousers and a jacket. Ladies may wear evening gowns or cocktail attire.
