One of the latest ships to join the fleet, the stunning Carnival Magic provides a cruise like never before. Spanning an impressive 1,004 feet, Carnival Magic has joined the Dream Class of ships within the fleet. The concept for the class was developed with fun and festivity in mind and everywhere you go on this ship you cannot help but smile.
Sailing the sights and sounds of the Caribbean, she home ports from Port Canaveral, Orlando, and whisks her passengers away to enjoy the shimmering sunshine of some of the world’s most relaxing cruise ports.
The entertainment on board this ship is second to none. The atrium is the first thing you’ll see as you board and what a sight it is. Not only does the grand staircase provide a unique wow factor but this is the heart and soul of any Carnival ship. The only difference on board Carnival Magic is that this has been taken to the next level. The vibrant centre piece of the ship, the Atrium oozes style with an abundance of bars, lounges and restaurants.
Under the glistening sunshine of the Caribbean the place to be is by the pool. Laze the day away and relax whilst dipping your feet in one of the many pools of the upper decks. These areas are divided up perfectly for adult’s only areas and family fun, designed to cater for all. Serenity is the adult only area and offers a sublime area to simply unwind and recharge. This area is full of the most comfortable cabanas imaginable to relax and look out over the ocean.
One thing that never fails to take the breath away of passengers arriving on board is the first time they lay eyes on the spectacular Carnival Waterworks. You can’t take your local waterpark with you to the Caribbean so Carnival have built their own, just for you. Children love this feature and it’s ideal for family cruising but the truth is, so do adults. This innovative feature will bring out your inner child and you’ll love the incredible slides and water features that are hard to imagine on board a cruise liner, but somehow Carnival have managed to do it.
When it comes to sporting activities, this ship once again ticks all of the boxes. Sports Square is packed with fitness fun from table games and on court activities to even having its own ropes course where you can stand high up above and work you away around the ship taking in the unforgettable views. Gym enthusiasts will also love the state of the art gymnasium on board and there are also a great range of fitness classes throughout each sailing including Pilates and yoga.
Sounding good so far? As the sun goes down it gets even better. Start your evening at the Red Frog Pub for a great choice of ice cold beers or maybe head to the Piano Bar, a perfect place for a pre-dinner drink with friends.
The live stage theatre is incredible on board this ship and feels like you’ve taken a stroll down Broadway. The shows are pretty special here as well and the Carnival production team never disappoint. The live music venues just keep coming with a sensational range of choice. You’ll find rock n roll shows as well as the fabulous Karaoke Lounge for you to sing your heart out.
The Punchliner’s Comedy Club is also a great place to spend a night on board. This venue showcases some of the best comedians at sea, handpicked by Carnival for your entertainment. You can even dine here if you like and enjoy the show with your evening meal.
A Las Vegas inspired casino can also be found on board close to the Atrium with a thrilling choice of gaming options and the chance to see if you can walk away a winner. If this doesn’t take your fancy, then maybe head up to the peak of the ship and catch a movie at the Carnival Seaside Theatre. Take in the latest Hollywood blockbuster or a timeless classic under the moonlit skies of the Caribbean, with popcorn in hand and a nice warm blanket just in case you feel a chill.
Carnival always cater for families well but the Carnival Magic once again take it up a notch. This ship has everything you could possibly imagine for children from their own hangouts and pool areas to a remarkable video gaming haven. Camp Carnival, Circle C and Club O2 are the clubs on board, where all children are looked after by the renowned Carnival crew.

The main restaurant on board is where you will find Carnival’s Signature Dining for a silver service spectacular. For a special occasion or just to try something different visit one of the speciality restaurants on board. These dining venues are phenomenal and offer passengers a wonderful evening with superb surroundings and truly exceptional cuisine. Cucina del Capitano is the Italian option and is like visiting an authentic Tuscan restaurant except you’re in the middle of a cruise ship. Here you will find a divine menu to choose from with everything from classic Italian favourites to new and innovative creations. The Steakhouse is another of the speciality options and serves up a treat of palette pleasing grill dishes and seafood creations. There’s also the Mongolian Wok for a taste of Asian Fusion whilst Taste Bar offers guests the chance to sample range of alternative creations from the Carnival master chef’s.
