Here, golden furnishings, dark wood and ambient lighting create a glamorous space in which to dine on epicurean delights including Hand-Cut Charolais Steak Tartare in a Hazelnut-Dijon Emulsion, topped with Caviar Perlita d’Aquitaine. Alternatively, lay your napkin in your lap and tuck in to Roasted Ćevennes Rack of Lamb with Rosemary-Mint Persillade and Sugar Snap Pea Sauce.
Celebrating the culinary traditions of Asia, Pacific Rim is set to delight with both its Zen-like ambience and its balance of delicious flavours. Muted lighting illuminates and accents the intricate detailing inside, as Japanese rain chains and iridescent crystalline matrix stones add texture and warmth to the restaurant. If you’re already in awe, the menu promises to please further; Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Tempura Battered Canadian Lobster Smoothed in Orange Ponzu Sauce and Spicy Mayo, and Grilled Korean Barbeque Chops are just a few samples of the Pan Asian cuisine you can savour.
Garnished in a palette of white, blue and gold, accented with dark wood and soft white and teal chairs, Compass Rose is the flagship restaurant on board Seven Seas Explorer. The perfect setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Compass Rose offers a menu to delight the most discerning taste buds. Over at the Constellation Theatre, guests will walk down a beautifully mosaicked entrance, sit on banquette chairs woven with delicate swan motifs and make themselves comfortable under the glow of table-top Murano glass lamps in a seating area that is perfectly tiered for unobstructed views.
Hues of teal, dark blue, gold and rich mahogany woods set the tone of the evening in the elegantly clad Explorers Lounge, whilst over in the Observations Lounge floor-to-ceiling windows provide jaw-dropping views of the ocean.
