Title: Eastern Med cruise Summary: Fist time cruise experience. Loved every minute, nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff. Food and entertainment exceptional. Travelled with my wheel chair bound husband. Adapted cabin plenty of space and balcony accessible. Support from staff disembarking and embarking shop. Loved the water colouring experience on board on sea days, very informative, enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely cruise again.

Title: Spectacular for a cruise with a difference Summary: This was definitely the right time of year for a Fjords cruise, the weather was kind and we covered some miles hiking those beautiful mountains experiencing the breathtaking scenery, spectacular waterfalls and glaciers. Norway is so clean and fresh and 7 days was perfect. As usual with P&O there was nothing that was too much trouble for the excellent staff on this fabulous ship

Title: Baltics again Summary: We last went to the Baltics 13 years ago, this cruise was just as good as the first time. We had some glorious weather in most ports which made the days in port that much better. We would recommend this cruise to anybody who wants to visit some countries that are expensive as it’s the most cost effective way of seeing them. Azura was the biggest ship we have been on for quite a few...

Title: Norway fjords Summary: enjoyable week but a few little problems We booked an accessible cabin, which was very good – plenty of room and truly accessible for wheelchair user with a wet room (not always the case as some think a shower over a bath is accessible!) We ate in the Peninsular restaurant – the service was exceptional, especially for the disabled person, and the food was good. It was great to have tea and coffee facilities in...

Title: Fjiords June 2019 Summary: Full marks for embarkation process, from taxi to ship just 23 minutes! Have cruised on Azura before and standards have definitely dropped. Cabin was very well worn and shabby looking. Staff were pleasant and functional but numbers seemed to be reduced, particularly in the buffet areas. I did observe some very negative interactions between staff and other passengers. Entertainment was fairly standard with much reliance on pianists! Sail away parties could do with some fresh...

Title: Mediterranean 14 day cruise Summary: This was our first cruise. The Azura is much bigger than we expected but it was run very efficiently by a very polite and obliging crew. Our cabin steward Matus was exceptional. The only problem we had was that the ship was so large and carrying 3,100 passengers meant it got rather crowded. As an older couple we found it difficult to cope with walking from our cabin to the restaurants and some of the...

Title: Excellent Cruise Summary: Brilliant itinery value for money we had outside cabin on deck 8 kept spotless by Minivera all food on board really good second time on Azura although sailing to full capacity didn’t seem over crowded. The only disappointment was having our trip to MonteCarlo cancelled 2 days before we set sail due to the Gran Prix which P&O should have known dates when put in itinery. This didn’t however spoil our enjoyment we had brilliant...

Every member of staff went out of their way to give us a truly magical time cruising the Ffords of Norway! The food was abs delicious especially the Sindu which we ate at twice because it was such a lovely experience! Title: Norwegian Fjords Summary: This was our first time in Azura and first time to Norway. We really enjoyed being on the ship and itinerary was great . The only negative thing was we thought the standard of food and staff in The Peninsula restaurant and The Meridian wasn’t as good as on other P & O ships . The entertainment was really good . Have book to go on another P & O ship so hoping standard will...

Title: Nice ship shame about the customer service Summary: Our cruise began on Star Wars Day (May the 4th). This was also the date that gratuities and the service charge were no longer charged and what a difference it made to the customer service. Our cabin steward never introduced himself once during the cruise and when asked if we could have some envelopes he just shrugged his shoulders. We always tip the cabin steward irrespective of gratuities but not this time. We waited two...

Title: overcrowding on ship due to bad weather Summary: Due to the cruise being in Northern Europe, the weather was cold. As a result, the ship was overcroded and uncomfortable (too cold to go onto the outer decks). Entertainment was poor. The food in the buffet was not up to standard and was always overcrowded. Since being on Azura a couple of years ago, I noticed a downturn in all respects. There were some young children in the casino and running about on the...

Title: Mostly good Summary: We had no idea this would be a school holiday cruise, our kids weren’t off so when there were almost 500 kids on board we were a little disappointed. Couldn’t get anywhere near the pools you can sit around and the venues and restaurants were kept busy til around midnight with kids. Not a real problem but different to usual and it would have been nice if it was sold as a school holiday cruise...

Title: Norovirus Ship Summary: We have never been on such a badly run ship! P & O are going downhill fast. Embarkation was a farce, we arrived after an excellent coach journey with Eavesway to arrive at Mayflower terminal and given the wrong boarding cards. We saw all the passengers on our coach going through check in and when we enquired why we were not with them use were told Eavesway hadn’t arrived and were we sure we had...

Title: Azura Easter 2019 – Portugal and Spain Summary: I’ve been on Azura once some years ago so I knew it was unlikely to be my favorite ship now is some years older and not yet refurbished. And I wasn’t wrong, Azura is looking very tired and tatty around the edges and the layout of it is not at all intuitive. The food in the main restaurant was very good (we always do club dining) and we tried The Epicurean, Sindhu, the Beach House...

Title: Canary Isles March 2019 Summary: This cruise was just right for me and I loved everything about it. As a solo traveller, there was plenty of opportunity to meet other travellers so there was never any fear of feeling alone. I spent a lot of time with Jason and Sarah the dance Instructors who I found to be very professional, enthusiastic and friendly and loved the opportunity they provided for me to brush up on my Ballroom dancing. I found...
