Title: Smoking policy Summary: Azura is a tired ship and in need of some TLC. We have just arrived back today and have been very disappointed at the amount of smoking on board. Deck 15 starboard stinks of stale smoke as do the cabins on 15 and the corridor. Horrible. PO need to be brave and ban smoking. They have for some reason stopped children without a loss of revenue so do the same for smoking.

Title: Fantastic family cruise Summary: We travelled as a family and the ship’s facilities are fantastic for families. The movies under the stars screen was a real hit with us all. It was great to be watching the latest disney films whilst sunbathing around the pool. They also had early night showings as well, where they would give out blankets so you could watch films under the stars. The children’s clubs were amazing !!! I really cannot stress how they...

Title: Brilliant Summary: A brilliant 2-night taster cruise on Azura. A very clean ship with a great selection of good food and friendly staff. My only criticism is formal night was on the second night so we ended up queueing for nearly an hour to get on a screen to choose our photos. Then had to queue the next morning to get them which delayed our disembarkation. If the formal night had been on the first night we...

Title: Brilliant Summary: My sister and her husband joined my wife and I on this two week cruise. They loved it, we loved it. We could not fault it from booking with Bolsover to arriving at Southampton it was all seamless. staff on board ship were exceptional in what they did for us. My wife and sister raved about the entertainment. Fine dining was outstanding. On the whole, I would recommend this cruise and travel agent.

Title: A921 August 10th-24th 2019, Mediterranean Southampton to Southampton. Summary: We have had a fantastic (first ever) cruise aboard Azura. We were a party of seven adults, some with mobility issues, and the holiday was an extremely enjoyable experience. This was made possible by the unrelenting hard work of every single staff member who absolutely worked their socks off over long shifts. Staff were constantly painting and maintaining (this never got in our way), cleaning, polishing, hoovering, staining, varnishing, sweeping, serving and all done with...

Title: Norwegian Fiords 3rd August 2019 Summary: Fantastic scenery, breathtaking views from our balcony cabin worth the extra cost. The ship was easy to get about particularly with a wheelchair. The food in the restaurant and buffet was excellent with a brilliant choice of vegetarian food for myself. The cabin was a good size very clean and comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities replenished every day. Couldn’t praise the staff enough on the help given to us on getting on and off...

Title: Family cruising on board Azura Summary: Cruised 20 Jul school holidays never again!! No restrictions on children & infants in public rooms especially bars even after 23.00hrs. Families taking up tables playing games especially in Planet bar early and late. Could not use pools especially sea days so crowded. Night Club infants & babies in prams dominating front tables and dance floor late into the evening. Holiday saved by good food and excellent staff. Ship tired but ok. Thank you for...

Title: Never took to the ship! Summary: Although we had sailed many times with P&O this was our first time on Azura. The week long cruise to the fjords was fine, we enjoyed the ports and food and service on the ship were as we expected. However, the captain was conspicuous by his absence. He never turned up at his welcome gala party (to which he was the invitee) and he never spoke from the bridge during the safety briefing even though...

Title: Eastern Med cruise Summary: Fist time cruise experience. Loved every minute, nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff. Food and entertainment exceptional. Travelled with my wheel chair bound husband. Adapted cabin plenty of space and balcony accessible. Support from staff disembarking and embarking shop. Loved the water colouring experience on board on sea days, very informative, enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely cruise again.

Title: Spectacular for a cruise with a difference Summary: This was definitely the right time of year for a Fjords cruise, the weather was kind and we covered some miles hiking those beautiful mountains experiencing the breathtaking scenery, spectacular waterfalls and glaciers. Norway is so clean and fresh and 7 days was perfect. As usual with P&O there was nothing that was too much trouble for the excellent staff on this fabulous ship

Title: Baltics again Summary: We last went to the Baltics 13 years ago, this cruise was just as good as the first time. We had some glorious weather in most ports which made the days in port that much better. We would recommend this cruise to anybody who wants to visit some countries that are expensive as it’s the most cost effective way of seeing them. Azura was the biggest ship we have been on for quite a few...

Title: Norway fjords Summary: enjoyable week but a few little problems We booked an accessible cabin, which was very good – plenty of room and truly accessible for wheelchair user with a wet room (not always the case as some think a shower over a bath is accessible!) We ate in the Peninsular restaurant – the service was exceptional, especially for the disabled person, and the food was good. It was great to have tea and coffee facilities in...

Title: Fjiords June 2019 Summary: Full marks for embarkation process, from taxi to ship just 23 minutes! Have cruised on Azura before and standards have definitely dropped. Cabin was very well worn and shabby looking. Staff were pleasant and functional but numbers seemed to be reduced, particularly in the buffet areas. I did observe some very negative interactions between staff and other passengers. Entertainment was fairly standard with much reliance on pianists! Sail away parties could do with some fresh...

Title: Mediterranean 14 day cruise Summary: This was our first cruise. The Azura is much bigger than we expected but it was run very efficiently by a very polite and obliging crew. Our cabin steward Matus was exceptional. The only problem we had was that the ship was so large and carrying 3,100 passengers meant it got rather crowded. As an older couple we found it difficult to cope with walking from our cabin to the restaurants and some of the...

Title: Excellent Cruise Summary: Brilliant itinery value for money we had outside cabin on deck 8 kept spotless by Minivera all food on board really good second time on Azura although sailing to full capacity didn’t seem over crowded. The only disappointment was having our trip to MonteCarlo cancelled 2 days before we set sail due to the Gran Prix which P&O should have known dates when put in itinery. This didn’t however spoil our enjoyment we had brilliant...

Title: Norwegian Fjords Summary: This was our first time in Azura and first time to Norway. We really enjoyed being on the ship and itinerary was great . The only negative thing was we thought the standard of food and staff in The Peninsula restaurant and The Meridian wasn’t as good as on other P & O ships . The entertainment was really good . Have book to go on another P & O ship so hoping standard will...
