We're looking for a new Product Executive - Cruise & Stay

We are looking for a Cruise and Stay Product Executive with a commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in creating exclusive, high-performing travel products. You’ll work as part of a focused product team to help deliver and refine our range of Cruise and Stay holidays, ensuring they are commercially competitive, strategically positioned and accurately presented across all channels.

You’ll support the development of bespoke packages, liaise with various suppliers, analyse performance data and contribute to future pricing and product strategy using both internal insights and market intelligence.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of product work, and is comfortable working with data, various systems and pricing structures in an established and exciting travel business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, adapt and maintain Cruise and Stay holiday packages across multiple global destinations
  • Identify and source exclusive offers, value-added extras and group inventory with future pricing advantages
  • Monitor pricing trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to inform package creation
  • Analyse package performance, customer behaviour and booking patterns to drive data-backed decisions
  • Use internal reporting tools and AI-assisted platforms to identify opportunities, optimise pricing and improve product mix
  • Ensure all product information is accurate and engaging across internal systems, customer documents and the website
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare accurate content for brochures, emails and website listings
  • Manage, track and reprice website product
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm availability, rates, terms and unique selling points
  • Flag and resolve package issues in collaboration with customer service and sales teams
  • Spot-check promotional materials and help uphold brand and content consistency

What We’re Looking For

  • A commercially aware individual with experience in travel, product development or a related commercial role
  • Confident working with numbers, spreadsheets and pricing structures, with a logical and analytical mindset
  • Able to interpret customer, product and market data to support decision-making
  • Comfortable using digital tools and AI platforms to aid in research, content generation or performance tracking
  • Familiarity with cruise and stay-style travel products including flights, hotels, tours and cruise segments
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with high standards of accuracy and a passion for getting things right
  • A strong communicator who can liaise confidently with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Highly organised and able to manage priorities and meet realistic deadlines
