Azamara in the Baltic
Gary Neeve | July 13, 2017 | Azamara | Azamara Journey
There are no reportable negatives, the whole experience, again, was first class. The Azamazing event was the ballet in St Petersburg which was our first ballet ever. It was an unforgettable experience and all the coaches and tour guides in St Petersburg were of a very high standard. The food was very tasty and prepared and presented to a high standard and it was nice for every cake/pastry to taste different to each other……unlike on most cruise lines where hey might look different but all taste the same!
The ship might well be 14 years old, but it is not noticeable and the crew/officers etc are very good and attentive.
To top it all, on leaving our last port of call, Travemunde, we were played off by a local band who had a remarkable and unique sound of drums, wind and xylophones. Quite a send off and end to what was a very nice experience.
