Carnival in Rio cruise
Sue & Alan Millhouse | April 20, 2019 | Azamara | Azamara Quest
We have just returned from a 12 day cruise on the Azamara Quest from Buenos Aires to Rio – being there 3 days for Carnival. This was our second Azamara cruise (having done a 12 day cruise on the Journey from Monaco to Rome, Sept 2012) and it was equally as good.
The food, service and attention to detail are outstanding. We have cruised for many years – favouring Celebrity – but the standard of everything aboard the admittedly smaller ships is second to none.
There is a range of ages on these ships despite an earlier post’s impression, but as they are 5* and obviously a premium ship, it is to be expected that the clientele is not made up of 20 somethings.
We found the evening cabarets and shows to be intimate but just as entertaining as on the big ships.
We love Azamara!!
