Canadian road cruise with Brewster.

We booked a combined Rockies road cruise with an Alaskan cruise. The Cruise element was excellent.
I wish to register complaint about the following aspects of the road cruise organised by Brewster.

1/ After a long flight there was no one to meet us at Calgary airport and show us where we should be going.
2/ When we arrived at the Hotel in Calgary around 9 PM, there was no one from the Brewsters Meet and Greet team to meet us.
3/What was the point of a voucher for the Calgary Tower, when it was shut(and due to be shut) at our arrival time at the Hotel?
4/ After an long flight , jet lag, we were required to get up at 5 AM to be ready for the coach at 6 AM for the coach to Banff.Even the driver had no idea why such an early departure was necessary.If we had been given a extra couple of hours that would have still given us plenty of time in Banff in the afternoon.
5/ During the floods in Alberta,when we were delayed two extra days in Banff, we never had any contact from anyone at Brewster or indeed Celebrity to keep us informed-if only to say we dont know yet.Our only contact was the coach driver who really did his best -but he was not a management rep for Brewster or Celebrity.
