Celebrity Constellation Italy/Adriatic

Overall a good if not outstanding cruise. The itinerary was excellent, it was the main reason that we selected this cruise and generally it did not disappoint. The inclusive beverage package was exactly as described,there were no hidden complications and it included a wide range of alcoholic drinks and all speciality coffees and soft drinks. The ship was well run and a particular mention for the Captain and Cruise director who were excellent. On the less positive side we found that the main dining restaurant food choice and quality were not as good as expected based on our previous cruise experience with Celebrity, this reduced our overall enjoyment of the cruise although in fairness the Ocean View self service restaurant was very good for breakfast and lunch. The Millennium class ships are probably getting a little jaded now if the Constellation is any thing to go by; particularly compared with the Solstice fleet.
To end on a positive note, the included flights and transfers were well organised with everything went to plan. Overall the cruise was good value, there were some very good aspects of the holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed. It left us with happy memories.
