Celebrity Baltic Cruise

Our first time with Celebrity and this was a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The ship wasn’t as grand as we expected but the cabins were comfortable and quiet and we managed to get a good nights sleep every night. The food in the main restaurant was very good but the Freedom dining we opted for doesn’t work the same as it does on other cruises we have been on. It took us a few days to work this out and then we had to ask. The buffet (Seaview Cafe) was a bit hectic and it was not always easy to find somewhere to sit at meal times. Even worse was the coffe bar it was virtually impossible to get a seat most days. The entertainment in the main was good but the guest artists were a bit hit and miss. We much preferred the very talented resident entertainment team and we enjoyed all their performances particularly the interactive events. One gripe was that the keep fit and dance classes were always scheduled in very cramped spaces when other larger areas of the ship appeared to be empty. That said we would consider Celebrity again as most aspects of the cruise were very good.
