Service of staff, condition of ship, cleanliness, arrangements for checking in and departure , tours ( somewhat overpriced) and catering all excellent.

TOPICS FOR COMMENT
Splitting of beds- We arranged in advance with Bolsover to advise Celebrity that due tom sleeping problems my wife and I required that the beds be split. Your representative undertook to email request to Celebrity which I am sure was done. When we arrived we found that the beds were joined sand when I queried this with a senior member of the housekeeping staff was told that no such request had been received. It took three separate requests for the beds to be split before any action was taken. I suggest that when B
olsover email requests to celebrity that they send copy to passengers.

Cabin Shower Cubicle- Well below the standard I would expect from luxury ship

Settee in Cabin- This obviously is to allow for extra beds in cabin. Unfortunate the base is wooden and with space restrictions both my wife and I sustained scratches to our feet.

Shuttle Bus ()When Available)- grossly overpriced- cheaper to take a cab

Shops- fine if you wanted to buy expensive jewelry or a large selection of watches . Otherwise poor. Some items considerably overpriced. A standard tube of Colgate toothpaste cost $7.00 and a packet of starburst sweets $5.99. Sales gimmicks such as free raffle tickets just about as welcome as pestering from the ship’s photographers.

The Shows- Very little by way of spectacular shows as announced that change was taking place in contractors.Too many one person performances

Perhaps Celebrity could try to illuminate these niggles instead of trying to make extra money at every opportunity!!
