Only problem was the cruise tour at Madera organised by the ship to visit W& Dolphins.
To get on the dingy meant crossing a platform no more than 14inches wide which was moving, with no guard rails to hold onto oo both sides, which was dangerous. To get on to the dingy which was low in the water meant kneeling on dingy side and some how slipping into the dingy low in the water. There was two rows of seats, cramed together which meant when the person in front had their life jacket on it was in the person sitting behind face. the space between the inside of dingy and first row, the space between the two rows, and second row and end of dingy was very tight.
My wife was sick shortly after leaving the dock, but there was only one sick bag about 4inches square, and two tissues, and they took my wifes life jacket off her straight away in case she was sick on it, meaning she had no life jacket on all of the journey. Another passenger was sick also, and they made him lean over the side of the journey for just under 2 hours over the side of the dingy in case he was sick in the dingy.
Being 87, and my wife 80 the ships write up which cost just under $200 said nothing at all about the difficulties mentioned above, as we thought we would be getting on the boat safely, and that it would be a comfortable boat, as the so called seats were hard and uncomfortable.
Would not recommend this ship tour to any one who was not young.
Availabitity of seats where music was played on board was very limited so most people had to stand.
Having dietry requirements, the vegaterian food was of poor quality as was the fish & chips were the batter was wet, and fish brown in colour and not fresh.
However all crew were amazing, friendly, polite, supportive, excellent.
Room service excellent, deck 14 resraurant excellent, as were the staff in restaurants 4 &5.
Getting on and off the ship was excellent.
Overall an excellent cruise except for the tour to see Wales & Dolphins..
